Georgiana Haynes

Georgiana Haynes is an architectural designer in New York City. As a student she became involved in her schools AIAS chapter first as the events coordinator and later as chapter president. The inspiration she gained from the AIAS led to service with many AIANY organizations post-graduation, mainly the Women in Architecture (WIA) and Emerging New York Architects (ENYA) Committees. Through her involvement in these organizations she discovered a talent for organizing networking and mentoring events and a passion for creating opportunities for others. During 2011-2012 she organized a program called studioENYA, whose initiative was to provide high school students with comprehensive exposure to the skills needed to become an architect with a focus on leadership development. Currently, Georgiana is working towards completing her internship while studying for the Architecture Registration Exam. She also owns a business focused on training & supporting other women business owners.
